Now everyone should take heed and stay FAR AWAR from Le Marais until the Gentile Owners (no Jewish partners) FIRE that chef! Whoever eats there is taking the risk of eating traifos! And trust me, the same sh*t goes on at OTHER WELL KNOWN OU establishments. Many other Mashgichim also see and hear awful things in the kitchens where they work and the OU has done nothing to rectify it. It is always BUSINESS AS USUAL! Be wary!
Would you please put up the entire recording of that meeting? It will be much easier bring change to the OU if the whole meeting is available for listening.
rabbi yitzchak bitton i heard on the radio them argueing if your a rabbi or not i think your a rabbi in fact the nypost title was a fitting one good luck
Yitzchak, I think you're doing the community a great service by exposing the truth, and am sure the OU will get the message sooner or later. As for now, my company has stopped having meetings at Le Marais - while we have various levels of kashrus observance, nobody feels quite comfortable relying on the OU until they conclusively address the issues you've raised. Sincerely, Steven Weiss

Hey People,
They ARE posted! Look carefully! Stay FAR AWAY from Le Marais till they come out and announce that the chef has been terminated! Chillul Hashem!
